DescriptionSeveral newly added features, most notably, assigning a meeting hall activity zone location as a Craft Guildhall appear to use the ? key. This key is hardcoded to open the manual, which takes priority, making the creation of Craft Guildhalls impossible.

You copied over your keybindings.txt file from an old version. Use the new version.
Any function not listed in keybindings (all of the new keys) appear as ? (meaning, unknown command, not "?" key.
