Summary0001161: Soldier fight with training weapons even with real ones equipped
DescriptionI've equipped a squad with iron swords and wooden training swords. I set this up in the uniforms menu and assigned them all the same uniform. They've picked up the items properly (though one of them had two iron swords).

After they'd killed a kobold thief, I checked the combat logs. It turns out most of my dwarves were using their training swords to clobber the kobold, though there were some occasional strikes with iron swords.
Steps To Reproduce1) Equip a squad (or just one dwarf) with training and real weapons.
2) Find something to kill.
3) Order the dwarf to kill it.
4) Check logs.
Additional InformationThere were some strikes with iron swords as well, but I wasn't able to figure out what caused them... it seemed random.

Assigning them two weapons at the same time is probably a bad idea. I believe they're supposed to switch to training weapons automatically, although I have no idea whether that works or not.

Did some experimenting in the arena. It seems some dwarves with both weapons used the training sword, others used the real one. Dwarves with only a real weapon used it properly. I'm not sure what determines which weapon a dwarf uses, my guess is it's whichever comes first in inventory or some other place.

I'm gonna try removing the training weapons from the uniforms, see if my soldiers operate properly that way. (Not that most of them do currently, heh... train you lazy dwarves!)

I see no problem: "I've equipped a squad with iron swords and wooden training swords." resulted in expected "It turns out most of my dwarves were using their training swords to clobber the kobold, though there were some occasional strikes with iron swords."
