Summary0011612: Axedwarf monster slayer was duelwielding scrolls instead of using weapons or shield, died in combat.
DescriptionI had accepted several monster slayers into the fortress. I soon got notification that Tulon Kogansefol, Axedwarf had been found dead. According to the report log, she had attacked a troll using two scrolls. Another monster slayer is also walking around with a scroll for a weapon. They would have brought the scrolls with them.

I had the same thing happen. I accepted a human lasher monster slayer into my fortress, and she turned out to be dual wielding a written parchment scroll about a hamlet and a legendary perfect gem. (The scroll has racked up one kill so far against the fortress's local wildlife.)

The other monster slayer that fortress acquired was a normally equipped human hammerman wielding war hammer and shield.
