0011652: Playable Demon and 'Eye' Races
Unzipped a copy of vanilla 0.47.04 DF and generated one world with no modifications to the RAWs or anything of that nature and for some reason "Demon of Githa", "Goblin", and "Eye of Muboutes" are all options for playable races.
Unknown.
I have never used any outside modifications such as Masterwork or anything of that nature so there should not be any files present that interfere with my version of the game.

Do you mean playable in Adventurer Mode? Or are they playable in Fortress Mode? I assume since you put this in an Adventurer mode category you mean the former, but it would be nice if you stated it clearly.

As for the "demon" and "eye" races, they are the new experiments that escape and join civilizations. They are not actual demons. See https://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:Experiment [^]

It is intended that once a creature becomes a member of a non-goblin civilization, that race becomes playable in Adventurer Mode.

Yeah sorry it is adventure mode I shouldve specified. And oh man looks like I was just out of the loop. Guess this was a missfire.

They might be a bit too common, but their existence is, as explained, intended.
