Summary0011706: Manual Page is broken
DescriptionWhen opening the Manual page by pressing '?' you cannot select any chapters besides the introduction, because the arrow keys are unresponsive.
Steps To ReproducePress ?, attempt to use keys to select chapter other than introduction.
Additional InformationIf there are some other keys you need to press to access other chapters in the manual, it should say so.

Yeah, good suggestion for UI improvement. Use the suggestions forum though rather than the bug forum. Manual works just fine if you use the right controls.

The first paragraph also contains instructions to press "?" for help with using the help viewer, which will tell you which keys specifically to use to select links. Arrow keys are used to scroll the content in cases where content takes up more than one page.
