0001592: Crash after Edited Raws
Editing the raws and adding tags to castes seems to crash the game when it generates new creatures (like immigrants).
Generate a world where dwarf women don't have beards and then start a fort. Edit the raws so women have beards. Game should crash when you get your first immigration wave.

It might be helpful to upload a save partway through the season, to reduce the amount of time Toady will have to wait to observe the crash.

You don't need to wait, just 'v'iew a female dwarf, 'z' status, it will crash.

Marking this as resolved (expected behavior) based on Toady's note 0001271:0008465 and the note in readme.txt as follows:

*** NOTES ON MODIFICATIONS ***************************
Existing save files will become unusable if any raw/objects entries are removed. If you change the configuration of the bodies of existing creatures, save files may become unstable. New additions to the files are not incorporated into existing worlds but will be added to the next world you generate.
