Summary0001995: No way to specify woven adamantine clothing in uniforms
Descriptiontheres various silks, various leathers, no HFS. You _can_ specify HFS material armor items made out of smelted wafers, but clothing woven out of HFS can't be explicitly chosen

Workaround(s):
-You can specify a specific item to be worn, and select an HFS clothing item that way
-You can not specify a material at all, in which case the arsenal dwarf will choose the 'best' item to go in that slot. Since HFS is muuuuuuch better than anything else, he always chooses an HFS item if one is available.
