I want to note that I think this is different than 0002316 and 0002157 -- those appear to be actual graphical/rendering mistakes, while this is an easily reproducible case. There's a possibility this bug is what the others are encountering, but we'd need their input.
Sorry about all the edits -- I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get an inline link to a bug/ID. The Mantis manual nor Wiki has absolutely nothing about it. This software is amazing.

What makes this different from 0002157? The "Steps to Reproduce" for 0002157 mention opening the Designations menu, just like this one.
You can link to bugs by putting a # in front of the bug number.

Okay, I guess they are the same -- sort of. It depends on how you read what the OP of 0002157 wrote, specifically this quote: "Sometimes this works as intended, sometimes it does not".
In this (0002320's) case, it's repeatable 100% of the time. So I'm not sure what he means by "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't". The designation itself always works, and the *PAUSED* text (in that situation) never clears.

If you feel this is truly a dupe, go ahead and close it as a dupe of 0002157. I'm OK with that. |
