Summary0003740: dwarves on Patrol do not drink
DescriptionMy military dwarves are assigned food and water and I've verified that they are carrying those supplies. when I have them patrolling the region, they will get thirsty.

I then have other dwarves that take on the 'Give Drink' job and follow my patrolling dwarves trying to give them water.
Steps To ReproduceCreate militia.
Set dwarves to patrol
wait until they get thirsty

I agree, the descriptions about being hungry and thirsty are practically the same.
