Summary0005198: Civilian hoarding food in his room
DescriptionA civilian is hoarding food in his room, some in his chest and some on the floor. The roast on the floor has rotten, but I cannot dump it and it stinks!

Vanilla game, I only installed the Phoebus graphic pack.
