0007240: Units without a tongue can still speak.

(Simplest way)

> Be adventurer

> Attack someone

> Take their tongue

> Talk to them
Just a small thing, but I feel like it's something that should be fixed somewhere along the lines.
Intentional/Expected?
related to 0001534new  Broken/mangled limbs/joints can still be used for walking, attacking, flying

Probably because the [CAN SPEAK] tag doesn't specify that any particular body part is needed to speak.

I can confirm this as well, not a huge issue but it would be nice if tongue-less creatures couldn't talk.

It doesn't make sense that a creature without a tongue could talk. I'd say it's a design oversight.
