0007803: CTD when hitting p to export a map
I created a new world with all settings to Very High or Highest (all sliders to right). Ran for about 3 hours while I was out. Came home and it was done. Hit p to export the map and it CTD. I will try to replicate but it takes 3-4 hours to do this.

here is what is in event viewer
