Summary0009055: Slade Spire Entrance Disappeared
DescriptionI brought an undead army (appx. 32 goblins and trolls) into the underworld through the lower tunnels of the only spire in my world. After moving away from the tower, and slaughtering a few demons, I returned to find that the tower's entrance had vanished.

Installing dfhack, I was able to observe that the base of the tower is now solid slade.
Steps To Reproduce1. Reveal the unexplored tiles, note the solid slade base (minus the tiles I cheated away to escape).
Additional InformationIt almost seems like some kind of divine punishment, but I have cannot find any mention of this elsewhere.

My adventurer in 43.05 also has this problem. The underworld spire entrance just disappeared when my adventurer returned to the slade tower.
