0000984: Dwarves path to suspended constructions, get stuck
Dwarves tend to cluster in and around suspended constructions, and cease moving entirely.
Set a bunch of dwarves (a dozen or so) to masons. Build a long wall. As soon as one dwarf interferes with another's construction, problems should start. Especially if dwarves must pass over the wall's construction site while building it.
