Summary | 0011106: Adventurer suddenly turned into a chinchilla
Description | After a long, long night of flying around with bogeymen spawning and despawning here and there, my birdperson adventurer sorted out all her stuff, practised her music, ate a fourth nighttime meal, and got her consciousness implanted in a chinchilla. I was moving down a level in air, there was a sudden twitch in the view as the screen recentered onto what would turn out to be a chinchilla body. No mods are in play, and I have used no DFHack scripts except to previously heal up one time. Since the adventurer was flying and the chinchilla cannot see that high in the dark, I have no clue whether the chinchilla's mind now inhabits the adventurer, or whether the birdperson body is still there.
Steps To Reproduce | Immediately before this happened my adventurer was flying a couple of levels above a mountainside and had performed music a few times. I checked the [W]eather (stars are out, cold breeze from east). I moved down [>], and it happened.
Additional Information | All character attributes have changed, including kills, health, personality, thoughts (the only thought is "she is afraid after experiencing trauma"), skills (there are no skills). The adventurer icon has changed into the default dwarf, where it previously was an animalperson. [L]ooking at a fellow chinchilla, it says "Skinny Peasant" instead of "Skinny chinchilla".

Possibly relevant: I had attempted to talk to one of the bogeymen prior to the occurrence. |

This happened again, now my valorous horse-slaying tiger lady survived the night (cackling faded away), she was looking for elven abodes high up in trees, and now her consciousness entered a linguistically gifted (!) jabberer in the caverns. |
