| Summary | 0011331: Quests to recover artifacts don't add relevant NPC information. |
| Description | When told x person wants y artifact returned to z location, x person isn't added to the player's personal knowledge history, making it impossible to ask around to find that person. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Start artifact retrieval quest, try to ask around about the person wanting the artifact back after moving on from the quest giver. |
| Additional Information | It would help if some of this information was added to the quest journal along side where the item is located. In general there's just not enough information in the journal to complete the quest. |
