0011475: Vault Slab Duplication upon Retire and Unretire of Adventurer in (Missing) Vault

Description

I retired my adventurer at the location of a vault (which was missing as per issue 0011474), after picking up the slab.
When I unretired the adventurer, there was an additional copy of the slab on the ground, in addition to the one in my inventory.
