Summary0003447: The Master and High Master Metalsmiths do not start forging, blocking the queue.
DescriptionI've set two Metalsmith shops to a minimum Master skill. My two Blacksmiths Master and High Master (metalsmithing labor activated) do not start forging the iron anvil I ordered. When I decrease the minimum skill to dabbling, a farmer with meatalsmith labor comes to do the job. Alternatively when I assign a shop directly to my Blackies they start working immediately.
Additional InformationI once observed this behaviour on a kitchen aswell.

This is probably the same issue as 0001294 - metalsmith's/magma forge workshop profiles seem to be rather wonky in general.
