| Description | My dorfs are at war with a human kingdom and they are having a blast sieging me every year. However, the humans don't seem to keen to fight as they run away as soon as ANY dorf gets close. No matter if it's a baby or a Legendary Mace Lord. Only the crossbowmen seem to attack, probably since they use a ranged weapons, but they usually only fire once or twice before running around the map. | |||||

It isn't the humans that are fleeing, it is their mounts. See 0003015. The humans will fight once the dwarfs get close, and especially if their mount is killed. Have you seen this behavior if the humans arrive without mounts? |

Nope, but some of the mounts used to be saltwater crocodiles, which I assume are aggressive as hell. They still ran away. |
