Summary0000635: Removing a construction and replacing it with a different one sometimes fails to list the closest stone
DescriptionI noticed when replacing some constructed floor tiles with some walls that the first stone on the list was farther than 0 tiles away. Since there was a stone in the tile I stopped and looked closer. I have no stone stockpile so they shouldn't be tied up in a job. I checked the jobs list anyhow, and while I did see two move to stockpile jobs, I had many more than two walls that were showing this behavior.

Having seen this quirky behavior I promptly tried to reproduce it. selecting an unused corner of my fortress I promptly placed 16 new floor tiles. once finished I deconstructed them all and replaced them. three of these tiles showed this behavior again of being unable to see the stone on the tile they are sitting on as a building material.

I suspect this may be another small quirk of the current pathfinding system.
Steps To Reproduce1. create a number of constructions
2. let those constructions finish building
3. deconstruct them all
4. create new constructions on the same tiles
5. watch closely for the stone distance
Additional Informationdoesn't happen every time
I have no stone stockpiles
potentially another pathing problem

This might be because that stone was tasked for something else, like building something, putting into stockpile, or being grabbed by some mason / stonecrafter in a workshop. Probably tasked for hauling into stockpile, this is the most frequent cause. Quite annoying that stuff going to be hauled by some dwarf is untouchable until he finishes or cancels hauling.

I had already considered that possibility and dismissed it because...
- I have no stone stockpile
- I have no masonry or mechanical tasks active
- I have no other construction projects active

This and other issues are being marked resolved because they fit the symptoms of the general pathing bug described by issues 0000018 and 0000070. If this issue represents an additional bug, it will most likely present different symptoms in 31.03, and a new report should be submitted.
