DescriptionSquad was sparring, one of the partners thrown the other against a wall and the thrown dwarf died to skull chipping.

 I'm not sure what exactly you think is the bug here. Death through sparring isn't supposed to be impossible, just rare.

 This only happens during wrestling sparring. If The dwarves have weapons, they will almost never if ever throw each other around. At least, I haven't noticed because there have been no deaths with fully armored dwarves sparring.

On a side note, if he was wearing a helmet, he probably wouldn't have even been injured.
