Post your save or there's nothing anyone can do. This isn't a reproducible bug. People have been saving their games in 43.05 since it was released last July.

Are you using TwbT? If so, can you reproduce the issue without it? The same goes for DFHack or other utilities, so try disabling those as well (roughly in that order).

This is in a vanilla game(no addons and no starter packs).

To reproduce this crash be in a human town in a 100 year old world in adventure mode, compose a poem then try to save.

Tried your save. went to a town, composed a poem, saved. No crash.
Which town in particular did you go to when it crashed?

I retired my character made a new one and tried saving in a town after composing a poem and it didn't crash so I guess it was specific to that character and town.
