I have same issue.

Crash during worldgen - on approximately 950 year game just silently closed. Without ANY notification or error message.
The same thing happened several times later IN the game.
I was playing Dwarf Fortress mode and several times on the end of season game silently closed.

The ony sign of malfunction was glitching sound. music stopped playing and game started repeating same sound very frequently and then (after 5 sec) - game closes.

AUTOSAVE: yes, on season change
AUTOBACKUP:YES
DF version: 0.31.13.
OS: Windows 7 x64.
worldgen template: LARGE REGION.

EDIT:Oh, and i`ve downloaded and added old dll`s from the begining... Damn, was to excited to play new version =)
I`ll try 0.31.13 "from the box" later...
