Just returned in my live fortress in adventure mode and found that wagon resting in the hospital :D Are wagons alive?!

Steps To Reproduce

1) Leave your fortress with hospital after robbing merchants with wagons
2) Visit your fortress in Adv Mode
3) Visit your hospital and found wagon there
