Summary0008502: No item dump jobs in job queue.
DescriptionI have a room full of items I want to dump.

http://imagr.eu/up/545603778878b_room.png [^]

A dump zone (marked with X)

Dwarves are told to collect items from outside

All dwarves have refuse hauling enabled, and two dwarves have only refuse hauling enabled. There are no burrows and the items aren't forbidden.

However there are still no dump jobs being generated.

Steps To ReproduceLoad save game.
Additional InformationPrior to this the dwarves successfully dumped 30 plus corpses in a volcano, so I have no idea why it is not working now. :(

Save game to follow.

Update: They are also not hauling furniture to the furniture stockpile. Despite there being 15 idle dwarves.

As far as i can tell, the saved game is a reclaimed fortress.

Notably, newly-made items are dumped and hauled just fine, the items that aren't touched (any more?) are stuff from the old fort. The dwarfs will happily use such items to build as furniture, but will not haul or dump them.

Is it something like this one: http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/mantisbt/view.php?id=8321 [^] or any of the duplicates of it?

@smjjames
Doubtful. As I said "Dwarves are told to collect items from outside".

@Larix2
That's odd. The corpses were from prior to fortress abandonment, so they should have been in the 'old / untouched' category. I'm pretty sure some other stuff was moved around as well - although quite possibly not everything.

You do have a designated and active dump zone though, right? Just checking.

I can attest the hauling orders, dump zones and stockpiles were set up properly - dwarfs would haul/dump newly-made stuff (coffins and bone bolts) without issue, they just wouldn't do it with the tons of reclaimed junk. No burrows or pathing problems, either - i ordered a bunch of new-fort stuff hauled/dumped and the orders were carried out instantly while the old-fort, fully accessible (and buildable as furniture) stuff would lie around with active dump orders forever without being picked up.

It appears to be a reclaiming issue. There were many "friendly" ex-merchants hanging around, several "hostile" units who never attacked or even disturbed the dwarfs (including a human "broker" and "manager"), and as has been said, reclaimed furniture/items could be installed but not hauled. No idea why the corpses were treated differently.
