0004181: Sleeping on a melting iceberg results in waking up as a demon or other underground creature.
Exactly what it says on the tin.

My guess is that the adventurer drowns in the night, but the event is not handled., resulting in the game choosing a different creature.
Walk out on a frozen ocean, near a biome boundary, until you reach water. if you try walking back, and reach water again, you are on a free-floating iceberg.

Sleeping now will result in waking up as a demon or other underground creature.
Some demons can talk, but have no names or families. I have no tried this with an adventurer with enough fame to gain followers.
No tags attached.

On further examination, the world location of the bodyswapped creature has no apparent relation to anything.
