| Description | Jobs for custom workshops assigned by the Job Manager are not being recorded in the Job Manager, so they keep being re-issued.

| Steps To Reproduce | Assign custom workshop job in the Manager, let it finish, note that the job manager still has the task listed as incomplete. |
