0002856: Mouse clicks sometimes not registered when designating outside standard 'resolution'

Description

DF has a standard resolution of number of columns and rows; I changed mine to:

[WINDOWEDX:120]
[WINDOWEDY:35]
[FONT:curses_800x600.png]

My screen is 1440x900, and I set DF to start windowed.

It seems that mouseclicks when designating what needs to get dug out are only registered when inside the original 80x25 size (in other words: not at the bottom or the right side of the map-viewing area)..

..that is until I switch to full screen, or maximize the window. After that, the problem is gone and mouseclicks are registered everywhere on the screen, even after switching back to a smaller window. Maximizing in the vertical dimension as per the Windows 7 interface also solves the problem.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Set DF's windowedx & -y larger than normal in the init.txt
2- Start DF Windowed (also through changing init.txt)
3- Load save
4- Without changing window size, try designating dig-area through [d][d]
