0003124: Military woodcutter unequips all gear when going off duty

Description

A recent migrant wood cutter had proficient Hammerdwarf skill, so I decided to put him in the military. He promptly put on his armor and grabbed a war hammer, but once he went on duty and then off duty again, he put away all of his equipment, including his waterskin and backpack (leaving a pair of exceptional roasts to rot in my central staircase, emitting a horrifying amount of miasma).

Upon viewing him more closely, I discovered that he had the Wood Cutting labor enabled - presumably, this was interfering with his squad equipment settings while off duty.
