Summary0003553: Hostile naked wrestlers in multiple castles
DescriptionI've played quite a few characters in a specific civ. Most of the castles that I have visited within the civ are uninhabited except for naked human wrestlers that are immediately hostile. It has happened across all characters and there are only two castles that I have been to that were normal, the capital, and one on the eastern border.

Steps To ReproduceSave included here: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=3389 [^]

Steps:
1. Enter Fort to the west.
2. Get face smashed in by angry wrestler.
Additional InformationThe phenomenon seems to be limited to the specific civ, not the save. When I rolled a character from a different human civ, there were normal castles as far as I could tell.

I also ran into those wrestler filled castles. But I also found proper ones. So I thought they were just hostile castles, and due to some bug everyone was unarmed.

If other people run into this it might be a good idea to upload the save and link it here.

I had the same problem with one of my civs too. I think the game somehow "forgot" about the civilization-entity those castles belonged to. That's why their inhabitants were hostile (no entity loyality information, just like wild animals) and naked (no assigned weapons or armor).

What I also noticed was that the peasants that lived in the villages that belonged to those castles didn't recognize the quests I did for them (calling them rumors from faraway lands when I told them about my success). That might be triggered by the same bug, since the quests are done for the civilization, not for the site entities.

I have also encountered this. I walked into a castle with my companions looking for a quest and wound up fighting through hoards of naked human wrestlers.

I have encountered this exact problem and have also created a save file in which my adventurer has just entered a castle afflicted with this bug.

Here's my save. I played for a while and everything was fine, until I decided to move into a new area (I was traveling south). It's already inside that castle.

I can confirm that this bug is still present in v0.31.25. The civ with naked wrestler castle also experienced other oddities such as abandoned villages filled with wildlife or castles filled with wildlife. Previous two human civs were all normal.

Just encountered this bug in v0.34.04. Specifically, it occurred in a city that was *almost* entirely abandoned (abandoned shops everywhere, with a few non-abandoned ones). There were actually a few normal NPCs in the city keep, but the normal "guard" NPCs in the keep and on its walls had been replaced by hostile, naked wrestlers. The normal NPCs had actually killed a few of the wrestlers when I got there (presumably the ones that had been hanging out in the keep proper).
