0004386: Infinite Loop of "Pickup equipment"

Description

As title, when trying to station my swordsman, two of them gear up fine and leave but the other two dance between picking up equipment with question marks. Frustrating when I get heartily ravaged by a monster when my dudes can't get in line. If this isn't a dupe I can upload a save, let me know
