0004871: Blank Nobles Screen

Description

Expedition leader went crazy as the last dwarf standing, but before he died migrants arrived. None of them were selected as the new expedition leader, however, and now the nobles screen is completely empty.

I've done some searching and see that this was an issue a few versions ago, and was apparently resolved. But I seem to have discovered a new variation of the bug?

More detailed description: I was having a bad go of it in a glacier biome, and my last dwarf surviving was stricken by melancholy holed up in his ice fortress, choking on miasma and haunted by his unburied friends. But before he starves to death, a family of migrants arrives! They proceed to move in and have cleaned the place up, and the last survivor/former expedition leader has finally succumbed to thirst. But the migrants arrived AFTER he went crazy, so AFTER the mantle of expedition leader should have been passed to another dwarf, and so now I have no leader and the nobles screen is entirely empty.

Steps To Reproduce

Eh... quite difficult. Have your last surviving dwarf go crazy just before migrants arrive.
