 terminal says: "NSAlert is being used from a background thread, which is not safe. This is probably going to crash sometimes. Break on _NSAlertWarnUnsafeBackgroundThreadUsage to debug. This will be logged only once. This may break in the future."

 The warning message occurs when DF tries and fails to display an "alert" box. It's not related to the error itself, but it might be part of the reason DF crashed.

 It says "Nemesis unit load failed". One of your unit-*.dat files must be missing or corrupted.
