Summary0006409: Fedora 20 has a new libpng16 set of libraries on the SDL stack which does not work with the precompiled binaries.
DescriptionThe fedora team is getting ready to implement Wayland for FC21 so somethings are not 100% with the neuvou driver for nvidia cards on second screen laptops, which lead me down the wrong path. In the end the issue at hand is they want to libpng16 compiled against all the SDL/gtk2 stack components. Even though they supply libpng15 its not being called by SDL/gtk2 so its not useful.

This is quite possibly what ubuntu will move to over the next 6 months as they are usually right behind fedora releases with updated software versions.

So everything is good on FC19 minus some sound, FC20 will no run the current binary distribution.
Steps To ReproduceInstall fc20 and try it.
