0006570: Asking common people about the position of forces results in crash

Description

Asking some random resident of a town about the position of forces will cause a crash, while asking people in power will result in (what I assume is) normal behavior.

Steps To Reproduce

Be an adventurer and inquire about the site's force positions to some regular unranked person (eg a random thresher).

(0024954) AseaHeru (reporter) 2014-07-08 00:21	I didnot see this occur, they just said I was looking for trouble or something. It was at a dwarf site (although there where human guards there), so that might have played into it.
