0006640: Unable to change seasons in farming plot settings.

Description

In the farming plot selection menu a list of plant allowed for the current season in fort is displayed no matter which season you choose with a,b,c,d buttons.
i.e. During spring all four buttons show you 4 plants, in summer you can set pig tails to be planted, during summer you can also set them to be planted in winter even though normally it wouldn't be possible.
