DescriptionI am playing a fortress on a world param generated map. Played for several years and build a huge fortress. I save game occasionally. I did increase Dwarf speed and removed some [nervous] tags.

But now I run into the problem that the for some reason the program is suddenly terminated.
Steps To ReproduceI can load the save game again and exactly the same thing happens. Also, when I save or abandon this causes the crash right away.
Additional InformationThere's nothing in the logs or in the game that seems to cause it. I canceled several tasks but that doesn't seem to be it.

 I have no problem opening, letting it run for 10-15 minutes, then saving it. This is a pretty big and mature fortress, so your crash may be related to cashes people get for large embark sites and the like.

How much RAM do you have? How big is your page file/virtual memory?

 Well that's odd. Let me test it on another system too. I have 3 GB of physical memory. Virtual is min 2046 and max 4092. Gonna double it.

 I tried on another system with Vista. It still crashes but it does allow me to save, strangely enough.
