0008676: Got a Baron and a foreign Count. Liaison says we diserve a reward. BOTH nobles got upgraded to DUKE!

Description

Okay, I'll try to explain as detailed as possible what happened:
* One day I received a message saying: "Tosid Cityblots, being the rightful heir, has inherited the position of count of Shoregems", which was ANOTHER place.
* Later, Outpust Liaison upgraded my land to a Barony and I chose one of my dwarves for the position.
* Some time later, Outpust Liaison came back and said "You continue to impress! I have come empowered to elevate this land in the eyes of the realm."

Then I thought "Great! Since it's the next logical step, I'll become a County".

Now, not only I did not become a County, but a Duchy!

"That's weird...", I thought, "Well I can't complain so..." But when I checked I discovered that both my Baron AND my Count had become Duchess and Duke, respectively.

Now, I'm not sure if it's correct or not the fact that I was upgraded two positions at once (regarding the ex-baron-new-duchess). But why did the Count became a Duke? Did Shoregems AT THE SAME TIME became a Duchy as well? Did my Barony skipped the position of County to the position of Duchy because the game said "Oh, they've got themselves a Count so I suppose they must be upgraded to Duke"?
