0009210: Using +-/* to navigate "produce this thing" returns to top of list after pressing ENTER

Description

Suppose I am at a Carpenter's Workshop and I scroll down to bin [n] but I do not press [n], and instead navigate there with + and press ENTER, the selector will return to the top of the list when I press [a] to order the next "thing" to be built. In previous versions, I would be able to press [a], ENTER, [a], ENTER to produce two more "things." This is not a huge issue, but it is inefficient.

Steps To Reproduce

[q] to a workshop, press [a], navigate to an object with index >0

// [1] <- navigate here or further //
// [2] //
/////////////////////////////////////

Press ENTER, press [a] to open it again
/////////////////////////////////////
// [0] <- cursor starts here //
// [1] (instead of here) //
// [2] //
/////////////////////////////////////

Additional Information

I wish I could drink enough alcohol to kill my adventurer, but my walk speed is 0.099 in Bronze Gauntlets.
