0009272: Multiple Active jobs in one workshop

Description

My Craftsdwarf's (only one currently) has a cycle of repeating tasks, and I looked at it at a whim. I saw both "Make Quire/R" and "Bind Book/R" had a green A next to them. Sure enough, there was some kind of sheet being made into a quire actively, but also some TSK'd items for the other -- a written quire, and a book binding. I watched as the other dwarf came in. He returned with the thread, stood on top of the workshop, and said "Urist McGeneric canceled Bind Book: Job item lost or destroyed." No items were destroyed, but I can't resume the Bind Book job because my dwarves are now all reading or moving all the written quires I have

Steps To Reproduce

1) Library and paper production with a prolific writer.
2) stockpiled book bindings
3) Make Quire and Bind Book at the same time.

Unknown how often this can happen.
