| Summary | 0009389: permanent residents do not apply for full citizenship |
| Description | In the linked save you'll find a 11 year old fort, with lots of petitioned permanent residents. Most of which have been in the fort since year 1 or 2.
None have applied for full citizenship yet.
SIDENOTE: the same save also gives a good example of the bug reported about visitors never leaving the fort. The outside tavern is completely full of guests who have overstayed their welcome by years.
