Summary0009492: Other race citizens can not be assigned to occupations like tavern keeper.
DescriptionIf critter of other than main civ race vouches for citizenship and becomes fort member, he can not be assigned to location occupations.
Actually, their names are never on the list.

 If they're full citizens of your civilization it doesn't make any sense for them not to be tavern keepers and such.

I mean come on, a human who settled in your fort can't be a tavern keeper but it's A-OK for him to become king of the dwarves? That doesn't sound like intended behavior at all.
