0009584: Artifact image misidentifies mayor as king

Description

One of my dwarves got possessed and produced an artifact. On the artifact is an image of my current mayor ascending to the position of king. The problem is that my mayor was only recently selected mayor and has never been king. I have a different dwarf ruling as queen.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Start a fortress in a world where dwarven civilization is extinct
2) With a low population (I had 20, I think) have a dwarf become queen of your civilization.
3) Later, when population increases to >50, a different dwarf becomes mayor
4) Strange mood dwarf creates artifact about the ascension of the ruler.
