0007298: Many times, the trader will simply not go to the depot.

Description

This is maddening, and not fun at all. I have turned off all Hauling, but my trader will simply not go to the depot and do his job. I have missed the past two caravans because of this bug. I was watching him, he would take a bucket, from a stockpile and fill it up from a water source and empty it into the same water hole (pond), take the bucket back to the stockpile .. repeat 4 or 5 times until i removed the pond. Then he went to haul goods to the depot, and after every drop, he would go for a little walk inside about 30 tiles then turn around and go and get something else to take to the depot (All hauling turned off). He never actually went to the depot to do his job. Goodbye caravan. What's the point of even having a trader if it fails to work so often?
