0007391: NPC's sleep forever

Description

My adventurer reached the site of a suspected criminal organization. The people at this site are always asleep. I've waited for 2-3 hours at a time for a full 1.5 days, and the only activity has been itinerant sasquatches and two children talking in their sleep (apparently?).
