Description

After having achieved sufficient reputation, I got to a leader in a keep for a quest, and get this:

"A criminal mastermind has left our people living in fear. Seek and kill Ote Visedscalded the overlord. Search first in The Clam Continents, a woven clothing shop to the east".

Zooming into the quest location from the adventure log gives me a city-level quick-travel map, showing a particular location in the city I'm currently in. Going to that location I find the overlord is indeed in the clothing shop, killing everyone there.
