Summary0000128: Dwarves sometimes do not start new jobs anymore
DescriptionRandomly, no dwarves will undertake new tasks. For example, one could build several workshops, but all of the dwarves with those tasks enabled will remain idle instead of building. Dwarves already doing something will continue to work, but once they are finished they will be stuck idle as well. Once stuck in idle mode, dwarves will not even eat or drink.

Saving and reloading fixes this immediately.

No obvious trigger to reproduce.

Building walls almost guarantees that this bug will occur for me, it seems they're trying to path on the newly created wall, because sometimes they will move to the other side but still idle.

Saving and reloading does fix this.
