0000732: Channeling into brook tiles produces ramps

Description

When channeling Brook tiles away, an upward ramp (of the soil type the brook cuts through) is created in the square underneath.
the corresponding down ramp is also present

Steps To Reproduce

embark on a map with a brook, channel into the surface
