I actually saw this once in 40d. In this case it was two floodgates linked to a lever. one floodgate was blocked by a tower cap when the lever was pulled to close the gates, one was blocked by a tower cap so didn't close, the other appeared not to close either, but still blocked water anyhow. I have used floodgates in 0.31.01 and 0.31.02 and have not noticed any problems with them closing on water. And yes, I can see them closed, they're always muddy brown from the water. So what. that's what they're designed to do, they work for me. So what else is going on here ? so I ask questions... Is anything blocking the floodgate? is it linked to other floodgates or objects? is anything blocking them ? And another angle to consider... I've seen black tiles from some combinations of contaminants. Are there any contaminants in the tile with the floodgate? mud? blood? stone? |
