Do those merchants have enough weight capacity for that item?

It doesn't matter their weight capacity - artifacts aren't supposed to be able to show up for trade. Did you do anything special to make the Toy Hammer available for trade, @Scootieloo?

It ended up getting hauled to a massive Finished Goods Stockpile and ended up in a Bin amongst other goods.
The artifact was the bottom item in the bin.
